To develop a side ditch block which is applicable to a curve of a different curvature without reservation, and facilitates mounting work thereof.
In construction of a side ditch, a convex block which has a flat end face on one end and a convex end face forming a convexly arched curved surface in plan on the other end, and a concave block which has a flat end face on one end and a concave end face forming a concavely arched curved surface in plan on the other end, are connected to an ordinary side ditch block, and the convex block and the concave block are connected together and laid in a side ditch construction location. Thus, the convexly arched end face and the concavely arched end face are connected together, and therefore an optional angle can be formed between the blocks adjacent to each other at a joint portion, which leads to easy formation of the curve at an optional curvature.
