To provide a blade which can efficiently ground the electric current generated at lighting strike thereon to prevent the breakage of a wind power generation device, and to provide the wind power generation device provided with the blade.
The large discharge current generated at lighting strike on the blade 3-1 flows on a path K1 which is positioned so as to connect the dots 11 comprising electroconductive materials to each other, that is, the discharge current flows on the dots 11 and the surface of a coating layer 19, in other words, on the surface of the blade 3-1. Further, the current flows on a hub 5 comprising the electroconductive material such as a metal, flows on a support 9 and then is grounded. Since the current generated at lighting strike is grounded by flowing on the surface of the blade 3-1, the blade is not broken.
