To provide a process simulator capable of executing a calculation highly precisely and shortening a calculation time even in a large scan time unit.

The shortest value among scan time units to state change of each element in order to determine the scan time unit (time pitch) used for simulation in the next scan during scan for performing simulation calculation of operations of each element, when the shortest value is larger than a set value of a properly set scan time unit, the simulation calculation is performed with the set value in the next scan, when the shortest value is smaller than the set value, the simulation calculation is performed with the shortest value and the simulation calculation is performed with the minimum value of the properly set scan time unit further in the next scan calculated with the shortest value.
