To provide an electromagnetic induction heating device used for electromagnetically induction-heating a heating object liquid stored in a half-tire-shaped vessel and capable of preventing leakage of magnetic flux to the circumference with a simple structure.

Electromagnetic induction heating coils 10-1 and 10-2 used for this application are composed by spirally multi-winding a conductive wire, and have basically a track-like form, wherein a part of the conductor wound on the bottom center side of the vessel 20 is protrusively wound and the conductor inside the protrusively wound part is circumferentially wound. The electromagnetic induction heating coils are installed at symmetrical positions in the lengthwise direction of the vessel 20 by interposing the bottom center of the half-tire-shaped vessel 20 for storing the heating object liquid S; and the electromagnetic induction heating coils 10-1 and 10-2 are respectively surrounded by two loop parts of an 8-shaped short coil 50.
