When the abnormality of a storage is detected in a mobile machine 101, it is connected through a network 104 to the preliminarily backed-up sub-storage of an image server 102. The mobile machine 101 notifies a user of the abnormality of the main storage, and the user instructs the delivery destination of the alternative storage of the main storage. The mobile machine 101 notifies the image server 102 of the delivery destination, and the image server 102 transmits the image of the sub-storage to a replicator 103 of the delivery destination, and the replicator 103 copies the image of the sub-storage to the alternative storage. The support engineer of the certain service base point of the replicator carries the copied alternative storage to the user, and exchanges the alternative storage for the main storage whose failure has been generated in the mobile machine 101.
