In manufacturing an electrode board 20 for a dye-sensitized solar cell provided with a transparent resin film 1, a transparent conductive film formed on one face of the transparent resin film, a porous semiconductor layer formed on the transparent conductive film with the use of a large number of semiconductor fine particles, and dyes supported on the surface of the semiconductor fine particles forming the porous semiconductor layer, a gas barrier layer is provided between the transparent resin film and the transparent conductive film.
