To provide a method for recycling a nickel plating waste solution sludge containing multicomponents which can recover nickel sulfate while performing the fractional recovery of other metal components.
The method for recycling a nickel plating waste solution sludge containing multicomponents has an inorganic acid-extracting step for recovering a solution in which the nickel plating waste solution sludge containing multicomponents is dissolved by the inorganic acid, a copper ion-removing step for removing a copper ion from the solution, a chromium ion-removing step for separating a chromium hydroxide deposit from a copper ion-removed solution and recovering a chromium ion-removed solution, an iron ion-removing step for separating a ferric hydroxide deposit from the chromium ion-removed solution and recovering the treated solution, a nickel fractional recovery step for removing the zinc ion from the treated solution and then recovering a nickel hydroxide deposit, a sulfuric acid-extracting step for forming a nickel sulfate solution from the nickel hydroxide deposit, and a nickel sulfate-recovering step for recovering nickel sulfate crystal crystallized from the nickel sulfate solution.
