Abstract:

To provide an immunoassay analytical method promptly and exactly measuring the nick β2 glycoprotein I in a biological sample without the influence of the intact β2 glycoprotein I that is thought to be included in the nick β2 glycoprotein I simultaneously, and to provide a monoclonal antibody used therefor.

The first monoclonal antibody does not react with β2 glycoprotein I, but reacts with partially protease-cleaved β2 glycoprotein I, the second monoclonal antibody reacts with β2 glycoprotein and partially protease-cleaved β2 glycoprotein I. In the immunological analysis, at least one kind of the first monoclonal antibody and a different kind of the first monoclonal antibody or the second monoclonal antibody are used.
