A medical image display system is equipped with a showing information generating unit (a model A) 63 showing an image photographed by an image forming unit 61 on a display and having a first memory means storing operating information an image displaying parameters at the time when the displayed image is read by a doctor as the shown condition information by a predetermined rule, a shown information generating unit (a model B) 64 having a second memory means storing the shown condition information at the time being connected with a network 67 and being photographed by a different doctor or in different timing by a rule different from the predetermined rule, and a server 62 selecting a desired kind of shown condition information from shown condition information stored in the above respective memory means, collecting the selected shown information from the first and second memory means, and regenerating the respective image displaying parameters at the time of reading the image on a medical image displaying terminal responding to the collected shown condition information of the same kind.
