Abstract:
A metal oxide film whose surface is provided with a network-like groove is disclosed. A dye-sensitized solar cell wherein a first conductor layer, the metal oxide film on which dyes are adsorbed, an electrolyte and a second conductor layer are sequentially formed, and a method for manufacturing such a dye-sensitized solar cell are also disclosed.
