Abstract:
The method involves calculating a sum of variances of local frame pictures of tele-cinema pictures which are introduced at the rate of M pictures per second. The sum of the variances is standardized and a vector of the standardized sum is transmitted. The vector is compared with a reference model to reconstruct pictures of an original film retrieved from the tele-cinema pictures and transmitted at a frame rate. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a computer readable recording medium having a computer program for executing a reverse tele-cinema process (b) an apparatus for executing a reverse tele-cinema process.
