To provide a pinball game machine which enables the effective combination of two types of games.

The pinball game machine has an open/close device 130 which has an open/close door 131 so arranged as to open or close a second major prize winning slot 122 provided on a center accessary 100 and opens the open/close door 131 only for the given time as game balls pass through an opening starter slot provided in the playing area on the game board and a first major prize winning device which makes the first major prize winning slot provided in the playing area open to carry out the special game that facilitates the passage of the game balls through the first major prize winning slot based on the result of the given lottery. The open/close door 131 is formed in the shape of a wing which oscillates the second major prize winning slot 122 to open or close and when opened, the open/close door 131 facilitates the passage of the game balls through the second major prize winning slot 122.
