Abstract:
To provide a preliminarily formed body for hydraulic forming, which can suppress the fracture of a reinforcing member.
The preliminarily formed body for the hydraulic forming comprises outside surface members 10, 20 which have overlappingly joined edge portions and form the outside surfaces of the formed body by the hydraulic forming, and reinforcing members 30, 40 which are joined to the outside surface members 10, 20 and form reinforcing ribs for partitioning a hollow cross-sectional space of the outside surface of the product formed by the hydraulic forming. The reinforcing members 30, 40 have opening portions 35, 45 which can expand during the swelling deformation caused by the hydraulic forming.
