Abstract:
To provide a material for selecting and separating monocytes which selects and separate the monocyte from a raw material cell fluid and further suppresses the lymphocyte contamination, a device and an apparatus using the monocyte selecting and capturing material, its processing method, and a method for producing dendritic cells using the obtained monocytes.
A raw material cell fluid containing monocytes is processed using a monocyte selecting and capturing material composed of a porous body over 60 μm in mean pore diameter, and a device using the monocyte selecting and capturing material, so that monocytes can be selectively separated from the raw material cell fluid.
