Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate with high thickness accuracy in the peripheral part of an active material layer and/or high position accuracy of a border line between the active material layer and a non-coated part. SOLUTION: In an electrode plate provided with a charge collector 1, an active material layer 2 and a non-coated part 3, at least one of following conditions is satisfied: (1) the maximum thickness from the edge part of the active material layer 2 to the region 20 mm inside is an average thickness of the active material layer 2 plus 10 μm or under; (2) in the inclined part of the periphery of the active material layer 2, the thickness of the active material layer 2 is 1 μm or more and the width of the region under the average thickness of the active material layer 2 is 1 mm or under; (3) an absolute value of a shift of an actually formed pattern against the true border line of a predetermined pattern is 1 mm or under; and (4) the active material layer 2 is plane- symmetrically formed on the front and back sides of the charge collector 1 and an absolute value of a position shift of the respective patterns formed on the front and back sides of the charge collector 1 is 1 mm or under.
