Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject resin composition having greatly high adhesivity, slightly generating gels/granular matters therein, excellent in long-run property, good in recoverability and slight in coloration when recovered, and to obtain a multilayer structure using the composition. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and contains (A) 10-500 ppm of acetic acid, (B) 500-2,000 ppm, calculated as metallic element, of an alkali metal salt and (C) 10-500 ppm, calculated as phosphate ion, of a phosphoric acid compound, and also preferably (D) 20-2,000 ppm, calculated as boron element, of a boron compound.
