To provide a flow site meter which can judge living cells and died cells without a fluorescent light detector and a cell viability test reagent.
This flow site meter 1 is characterized by comprising a correlation diagram-making means 8 for making a correlation diagram from a first scattered light-measured data and a second scattered light-measured data, a difference information calculation means 9 for calculating difference information between the correlation diagrams, a threshold-comparing means 15 for comparing the difference information with a threshold to extract a largely increased region and a largely decreased region from the difference information, a boundary line for dividing the largely increased region and the largely decreased region, a boundary line-superimposing treatment means 17 for superimposing the boundary line on the correlation diagram to divide the correlation diagram, thus setting living and died cell regions in the correlation diagram, and a measured data-extracting means 18 for extracting the measured data of cell contained in the living and died cell regions.
