To provide the manufacturing technology of molding a foamed and molded article made of a synthetic resin, in which a surface layer-side part is in an unfoamed or finely foamed state, and in which a core-side part is in a highly foamed state.
A first injection nozzle 19 for injecting a first fluid 14 for foaming in a supercritical state is preconnected to a position on the front side of a midway part in the length direction of an injection cylinder, and a second injection nozzle 20 for injecting a second fluid 15 for foaming in a supercritical state is preconnected to a backside position. In each injection cycle, a first molten synthetic resin layer 14a, into which the first fluid 14 is injected, and a second molten synthetic resin layer 15a, into which the second fluid 15 is injected, are prepared in the state of almost adjoining each other in front and rear positions. Subsequently, before the start of injection in each injection cycle, the layers 14a and 15a are arranged in the chamber 18 of the injection cylinder 8 in the state of being juxtaposed adjacently to each other in the front and rear positions. After that, in the injection, the layer 15a is injected after the injection of the layer 14a.
