To provide a content delivery managing system using satellite communication for allowing a content owner, without requiring a content delivery server, to store and manage a content for delivery after simultaneous delivery using the satellite communication, perform re-delivery in response to a re-delivery request from each receiving terminal, and recognize the re-delivery state.
When a content delivery server 21 simultaneously delivers the content 50c for delivery to each receiving terminal 41 using the satellite communication, the content 50c for delivery of the same description is automatically registered in a content delivery management server 12. The content owner 10, using only the content delivery management server 12 without requiring the content delivery server 21, stores and manages the content 50c for delivery after the simultaneous delivery, re-deliver the content 50c for delivery in response to the re-delivery request from each receiving terminal 41, and recognize the re-delivery state of each receiving terminal 41.
