To provide a formwork plate for concrete with the so-called good peeling diversion nature, excellent in crack resistance and possible to be made to peel from a concrete cured material to be repeatedly used multi times, and to provide its production method.
The formwork plate for concrete is provided by forming respective coating films shown by (A), (B) and (C) on the surface of a substrate in the order of the substrate/a coating film (A)/a coating film (B)/a coating film (C), and its production method is provided. In the formwork plate for concrete, the coating film (A) is a filling coating film (A1) which is formed from a solvent type curing acrylic resin composition containing an acrylic resin with a curing hydroxyl group, an isocyanate type curing agent and an extender or a filling coating film (A2) which is formed from an aqueous emulsion composition containing the extender, (B) is an intermediate coating film which is formed from a moisture-curing type urethane resin composition containing a moisture-curing type urethane resin, a curing catalyst and a water absorbing agent, and (C) is a top coating film which is formed from a curing acrylic resin composition containing an acrylic resin, a curing agent and a color pigment.
