To provide an electronic medical record system and a method for electronic medical record management which are beneficial for a doctor.
The electronic medical record system comprises a clinical consultations information input means (10), an examination result input means (20), and a management means (30) and involves: displaying instructions information-containing clinical consultation information in the same form as that of clinical consultation information displayed on a first display means (13) on a second display means (23), where a picture region allows an operation from the clinical consultation information input means (10) only is excluded, when the first instruction information is selected from a display on the first display means (13), transmitting a medical record number and a data number taken measures by the clinical consultation information input means (10) to the management means (30), transmitting the resulting data on instruction taken measures by the management means (30) to the clinical consultations input means (10), displaying the resulting data by the clinical consultation information input means (10) on the first display means (13), and when the second instruction information is selected from the second display means (23), displaying an input picture on the execution result of the instructions by the examination result input means (20) on the second display means (23).
