Start operation control is carried out in starting of the compressor 25, and then, transition to normal operation control of carrying out feedback control of an electric expansion valve 27 is carried out. In a predetermined time from transition to the normal operation control, the electric expansion valve 27 is controlled by a large feedback gain, after that, the electric expansion valve 27 is controlled by a smaller feedback gain. When an inflow water temperature is a reference temperature or lower, operation control is carried out by a large gain, and when the inflow water temperature is higher than the reference temperature, operation control by the large gain is not carried out.
