To solve the problem wherein important charging information of a wireless telephone that uses a moving destination exchange cannot be reported to a belonging origin exchange, when a telephone line is closed due to maintenance or faults or the like.

A telephone switching system 1 comprises a belonging origin PBX 10A housing and connecting a belonging origin BS 11A to which a belonging origin PS 2A belongs, a moving destination PBX 10B housing and connecting a moving destination BS 11B, and a digital line 3 connecting communication between the belonging origin PBX 10A and the moving destination PBX 10B, and the belonging origin PS can communicate through the moving destination BS. An IP line 4, different from the digital line, is provided between the belonging origin PBX and the moving destination PBX. The moving destination CC 18B of the moving destination PBX comprises a charging information preparing part 23B for calculating the charging information of the belonging origin PS, when the belonging origin PS executes the communication by using the moving destination BS, and an IP packet control part 22B for making the charging information for each communication of the belonging origin PS into IP packets and reporting them through the IP line to the belonging origin PBX, to which the belonging origin PS belongs.
