To downsize and unerringly deliver coins to external equipment by making it possible to take in and deliver coins by means of a small space.

The subject coin intake and delivery device has a coin collecting tray 61, a rotating disk 63 rotating around an axis horizontally inclining and having an incorporation hole 63a capable of taking in coins stored in the coin collecting tray 61 from one side whose horizontal angle becomes obtuse with the thickness direction of a coin facing the axial direction, a motor 65 to rotate the rotating disk 63. The device has a blocking portion 62c arranged along the other side of the rotating disk 63 whose horizontal angle becomes acute, and permitting the transport of coins taken in the intake hole 63a by the blocking of the intake hole 63a from the other side along the rotation direction of the rotating disk 63, a base member 62 having a delivery opening 62b permitting the delivery of coins taken in the intake hole 63a to the other side of the rotating disk 63 by the arrival of the coins at a predetermined delivery position, and a guide member 64 having a discharge groove 64a capable of receiving coins delivered from the intake hole 63a.
