PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve effective waste water treatment without short-circuit. SOLUTION: In a nitration tank 1, circulation flow in the counter direction is took place by alternate aeration through diffusion air pipes 5a, 5b by alternate opening of auto valves 6a, 6b. Raw water inlet part 3 and treated water outlet part 4 are arranged to the orthogonal direction of circulation low in order to avoid short-circuit. Alkaline chemicals are also injected dispersively from the top coming across the circulation flow.
