Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal device like a portable telephone set which has less power consumption not to unnecessarily consume a display part (LCD) mounted on the device at transmission and reception of information and data between devices. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal device which transmits and receives data to and from the outside by radio communication is provided with a display device for display operation of information including transmitted and received data and/or light radiating operation and a display device control means which starts a timer in sending to the outside of a display request for change from a display picture in the middle of display operation to another display picture and stops operation of the display device after a prescribed time whether or not key input is performed thereafter.
