Abstract:
A conventional gas vent method of an ejector pin has a problem of an operation failure caused by adhesion of a vaporized, decomposed matter, which is generated from a gas, and or an additive due to ejection with the use of an outer circumferential portion for a path or caused by closing a clearance of a slide portion against burr generated in the case where a gas vent is large. The tip end portion of a gas vent ejector pin is carved, and a gas vent piece having a gas vent is embedded therein, thereby providing a gas vent path on the inner side. The gas vent path is provided on the inner side of the ejector pin, in which the path is not close to the slide portion, with the result that the gas is capable of being ejected without causing the problem of the operation failure.
