Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high precision motor without eccentric unbalance of a rotor, even in an inner rotor magnet type motor with an outside diameter ϕwhich is as small as about 15 mm or less. SOLUTION: After the rotor has been assembled for setting balance to compensate for eccentric unbalance of a cylindrical magnet of the rotor, both ends of a cylindrical type rotor magnet where a rotating shaft is provided are held with the rotating shaft defined as the center axis of the process, and the external circumferential surface of the rotor magnet is ground into a perfect circular shape for the purpose of alignment with a cylinder grinding apparatus, in view of correcting the eccentric unbalance portion.
