To form respective working sections for forming a fragile part to suitable rupture strength respectively in the double-opening type fragile part broken when an air bag is inflated.
The fragile part 200 is constituted as a row of fine apertures 202 and short pitch holes 203 and forms a square shape by parallel right line 210 and left line 212 and parallel upper line 204 and lower line 208 and a central line 206 is provided on an intermediate part of the upper line 204 and the lower line 208. A clearance of the fine apertures 202 in the upper line 204, the lower line 208, the right line 210 and the left line 212 is a pitch P1. A clearance of the fine apertures in the central line 206 is a pitch P2 and is narrower than the pitch P1. A shallow short pitch hole 203 is provided on an intermediate part of the respective fine apertures 202 in the right line 210 and the left line 212. When working of the fragile part 200 is performed, a laser is irradiated based on a pulse in which a period and (or) pulse width are independently set to the working sections.
