To prevent deposit and water which are causes of fixation of an intake air control valve controlling gas flow in an intake air passage from staying in an intake air control valve storage part.
A groove 15 is formed on an intake air passage downstream side end part of the storage part 10 storing the intake air control valve 9 including a valve element 13 fixed on the valve shaft at one end and rotating between a valve close position under an erect position and a valve open position under a falling condition at the valve open position with being inclined to a gravity direction from the storage part 10 side to make deposit and water in the storage part 10 flow out of the groove 15 to an intake port 3 side.
