This deadline management support system 100 is composed of a survey request receiving section 110 receiving and storing survey request data from a delivery destination user terminal 200; a filter section 111 specifying duplicate merchandise ID out of the survey request data and storing the duplicate merchandise ID and reply deadline information in a memory 103; a period computing part 112 specifying an earliest reply deadline out of reply deadline information for every survey request data and computing the period difference between the earliest reply deadline and a reply deadline extracted from a status table 125; a deadline setting section 113 comparing the period difference with an advance limit period and updating and registering a data obtained by subtracting the period difference or the advance limit period from the reply deadline of the corresponding merchandise ID according to the compared result, as the latest reply deadline in the status table 125; and a reminding section 114 detecting an update registration event of the reply deadline and transmitting a reply request to a user terminal 300 of a customer.
