Abstract:
To perfectly eliminate alcohol reaction (erroneous reaction) or the like due to a person having a diathesis or the administration of a drug for a trouble of an internal organ; and to extend the life of a fuel cell type sensor by about two times or more.
Two kinds of sensors of a fuel cell type alcohol sensor 10 and a semiconductor alcohol sensor 5 are used and breath alcohol is usually measured by a semiconductor sensor. When the measuring value due to the semiconductor sensor exceeds a certain concentration value, a breath suction pump 1 is operated to perform measurement by the fuel cell type alcohol sensor.
