To provide a token processor that prevents tokens from flying out, while minimizing the insufficiency of tokens when driving a hopper, and facilitating token supply.
The token retaining part 60 of a hopper is formed into a sealed structure. An inlet gutter 34 through which the tokens collected flow is tilted and guided into the retaining part of the hopper. Introducing parts 63b, 63e for guiding the dropping position of the tokens that flow in from the inlet gutter 34 to a predetermined dropping place inside the hopper are provided. The token processor has the hopper retaining part 60 with a slope structure where the introducing parts cause the tokens coming along an inclination from the inlet gutter 34 to drop near the front of an overflowing token discharge gutter 36 so as to guide the dropping tokens to a position where a stack of dropping tokens is formed.
