To provide a client terminal monitoring system capable of performing monitoring while protecting privacy or the like of an operator of a client terminal when monitoring operation in the client terminal.

This client terminal monitoring system has: a screen information reception part for receiving screen information displayed on a display device of each the client terminal; a screen information analysis part for extracting character information included in the screen information by performing character recognition processing to the screen information; a determination part for determining whether or not a character information sequence satisfying a predetermined arrangement condition is present about the extracted character information; a display change processing part for performing display change processing wherein a manager makes the character information in the screen information indecipherable in the screen information; and a screen information display part for displaying the screen information after the processing in the display change processing part on the display device of a monitoring terminal.
