To provide a multilayer capacitor capable of increasing equivalent series resistance.
A laminate 1 is composed by alternately laminating a plurality of dielectric layers 11-22 and first and second internal electrodes 31-34, 31-34. The first internal electrodes 31-34 are connected mutually and electrically via a first connection conductor 7. The first internal electrode 31 is connected to a first terminal electrode 3 electrically via an extraction conductor 37. Second internal electrodes 41-44 are connected mutually and electrically via a second connection conductor 9. The second internal electrode 44 is connected to a second terminal electrode 5 electrically via an extraction conductor 47. The first and second internal electrodes 31, 44 are arranged so that they are symmetric with respect to a center position M in the lamination direction of the laminate 1.
