Abstract:
To provide a coating agent forming a coating film having porosity, and to provide a forming method of the porous film.
In the coating agent comprising (A) a coating film forming component, (B) a filler, (C) a porosity forming agent, and (D) an organic solvent, the porosity forming agent (C) is a sulfate. The forming method of the porous film comprises coating a substrate with the coating agent, drying them, and then eluting water-soluble matter in an obtained coating film. Desirably, the coating film forming component (A) comprises a polyorganosiloxane resin, and the filler (B) contains titanium oxide having optical catalytic activity as at least a part of the component.
