Abstract:
To provide a method for effectively treating malignant melanoma cell with low side effect by using anti-HMW-MAA antibody and to provide a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment.
The invention relates to the lyposome comprising magnetic fine particles combined with anti-HMW (high molecular weight)-MAA (melanoma associated antigen). The pharmaceutical composition for effective treatment of the malignant melanoma with low side effect is provided by using the invention.
