The first board 2 can position a substrate 501 on the first position by the first strut 11 and connect a connector 503 to a connector 12. A part where the first strut 11 is provided is removed from the first board 2 to form an opening 51, and while inserting the second strut 21 into the opening 51 so that the second strut 21 is positioned on the removal position of the first strut 11, the second board 3 is mounted on the first board 2 in the laminated state. When the substrate 501 is positioned on the second position to the second board 3 by inserting the second strut 21 into a hole part 515 of the substrate 501, the substrate 501 is positioned on the first position to the first board 2, and the connector 503 is connected to the connector 12, and a terminal 504 is connected to a probe 22.
