This olefinic resin composition comprising an olefinic resin, a modified polymer prepared by binding at least one functional group-containing atom group to at least one polymer selected from conjugated dienic polymers comprising conjugated dienes or their hydrogenation products, random copolymers comprising conjugated dienes and vinylaromatic hydrocarbons or their hydrogenation products, and block copolymers comprising conjugated dienes and vinylaromatic hydrocarbons or their hydrogenation products, an inorganic filler, and an olefinic elastomer is characterized in that the whole amount or a partial amount of the inorganic filler exists in the modified polymer in a volume fraction of 1 to 40%.
