To provide a solar cell module-integrated roofing enabling easy replacement of a solar cell module after the installation on a roof surface and having excellent working efficiency by the commonization of the fixing members used therefor.

In this solar cell module-integrated roofing 1, the solar cell module 2 is integratedly fixed onto a base material 10 served as a roofing with the fixing members 20 interposed therebetween. The fixing member 20 comprises a channel-shaped cover 21 holding the ends of the solar cell module 2 and installation pieces 22 fixed onto the base material 10 with bolts 23a and nuts 23b. The cover 21 is connected to the installation pieces 22 with a connection part 24. A clearance S is formed between the lower horizontal part 21b of the holding part 21 and the base material 10 positioned on the rear surface of the solar cell module 2.
