To provide a bubble generating device of such a construction that bubbles can be efficiently generated into soil water.
This air bubble generating device 1 has the following construction: an air jet nozzle 2 connected with an air supply source, is installed at the lower end part, a microbubble generating means 3 which turns the air jetted from the air jet nozzle 2 to a microbubble, is arranged above the air jet nozzle 2, and columnar objects 7 and 10 are arranged in a position where the air jetted from the air jet nozzle 2 ascends. In addition, the projections 9 and 19 of the columnar objects 7 and 10 are molded in the way that their apices 9a are acutely angled in the center where the apices 9a face each other. Further, openings 13 and 20 for generating a cavitation phenomenon are formed in the center and under this construction, the efficient generation of the bubbles takes place by a sudden pressure drop in a water stream passing through the openings 13 and 20.
