Abstract:

To prevent the leakage current of a solid-state electronic capacitor from increasing.

In the method for manufacturing a solid-state electronic capacitor by forming a solid-state electrolyte on an electrode foil composed of a valve action metal and then forming a graphite layer and a silver paste layer, a solid-state electrolyte layer is formed on the surface of the electrode foil, a coating layer of insulating resin is formed at the end of the electrode foil on which the solid-state electrolyte layer is formed and in the vicinity thereof, and then a graphite layer principally comprising flake graphite and a conductor layer of silver paste are formed sequentially on the solid-state electrolyte layer.
