To prevent the indication of an operation item in a windshield from spoiling the view in a driving condition in which there seems to be no intention of operating an on-vehicle equipment or there seems to be no possibility of operation, and to manage both the operation of the on-vehicle equipment without requiring an extensive move of a sight line and the prevention of the indication from spoiling the view.

When the eye view position of a driver detected by an eye view detection means is not on icons 101-103 indicated on the windshield 1, the icon indication position is changed from a home position to a retraction position set at a position different from the sight line direction of the driver.
