Title:
無機分散型エレクトロルミネッセンス素子
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4769627
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

To provide a dispersion-type inorganic electroluminescent element in which high brightness can be obtained at a low voltage, which is superior in durability in a particle dispersion-type electroluminescent element, in which flexible material constitution is possible wherein plastics are used as a substrate, in which manufacturing at a low cost is enabled by a comparatively simple and convenient process without using a vacuum device, in which adjustment of a light emitting color of an element is easy by mixing a plurality of fluorescent particles of different light emitting colors and by using a fluorescent dye for color conversion, and which has been applied for a backlight and a display element.

In the electroluminescent element having a transparent conductive film and a phosphor layer, this is the inorganic dispersion-type electroluminescent element in which the phosphor layer contains a phosphor containing copper-doped zinc sulfide, zinc selenide, or a phosphor containing their mixed crystals, and in which the phosphor contains at least one kind of element selected from group XIII element and group XV element in the periodic table.
