To achieve space-saving and cost-reduction of a battery holder.
The battery holder is composed so that a storage space S1 capable of storing a button battery 5 is formed by being surrounded by a plate 11 of a first holding member 10, a pair of arms 12a, 12b, a second holding member 20, and a fixing/holding member 30, and the button battery 5 is stored and held in the storage space S1 in a state of being sandwiched between the plate 11 and the second holding member 20, and also, by being sandwiched between a pair of the arm parts 12a, 12b and the fixing/holding member 30. The battery holder is also composed so that the first/second holding members 10, 20 are formed by using a conductive material, and the fixing/holding member 30 is formed by using an insulating resin so that the first/second holding members 10, 20 mutually become insulated.
