To provide a radiation image acquisition method to make the image being read to be uninfluenced by a noise caused by wireless to prevent the degradation of the quality of the image when the reading of a radiation image after the radiation photographing is executed and the radiation image data is transmitted to a destination of the transmission by the wireless, and a radiation image acquisition apparatus.

The radiation image acquisition method is that the radiation image data is read on the basis of the radiation information acquired corresponding to a dose of the radiation which is applied to a subject and penetrates the subject, and when the radiation image data is transmitted to the destination of the transmission by the wireless, the timing of the reading of the radiation image data and the timing of the transmission by the wireless are moved not to overlap each other in the case that the irradiation is continuously executed.
