Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of a double oxide ceramic having high crystalinity, a double oxide ceramic having high crystalinity, and its use.

In this method of manufacturing an A/M/O double oxide ceramic, a feed mixture comprising A(OH)2(wherein A is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba) and M(OH)3(wherein M is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of Al and Ga) is calcined. This double oxide ceramic is used for preparing a luminous fluorophor.
