Abstract:
To provide a voice section detection device which can efficiently detect a voice section with a comparatively small computation amount under a noisy environment.
The voice section detection device smoothes the volume of voice data to compute a first variation (S106 and S108), smoothes the variation of the first variation to compute a second variation (S110 and S112), compares the second variation with a threshold value to determine whether it is a voice or not for each frame (S114), and determines a voice section from a continuous length of a frame which is determined to be a voice or not to be a voice (S116).
