To provide a search communication system capable of performing transmission between a user terminal and a transmission destination terminal, without letting a connection information known.

A search communication system 10 comprises a transmission destination terminal 2, a database 3 for managing a connection information, a user terminal 1, and a search communication device 4 for performing database search based on notification from the user terminal. The search communication device comprises a search section 41 for performing database search based on an index and acquiring the connection information; an information notification section 42 for generating and notifying a substitute information as a surrogate of the acquired connection information in order to notify the search result; a management section 44 for generating and managing a management information associating the substitute information with the connection information acquired at the search section; a management information search section 45 for searching the management information based on the substitute information notified as a transmission request, and acquiring the connection information when the transmission request is performed to the transmission destination terminal by a user; and a transmission relay section 46 for performing communication control based on the connection information, and performing transmission relay between the transmission destination terminal and the user terminal.
