A URL of an order site for performing the purchase procedure of goods placed in an advertising medium is embedded in two-dimensional bar codes 21 to 23 printed on the advertising medium. The two-dimensional bar code is analyzed by a cellphone 1, and access to the order site is performed based on the acquired URL. At this time, an order button 32 operated when ordering the goods is displayed on a display part 11 of the cellphone 1 together with information on the goods as a screen of the order site, and when the order button 32 is depressed, the application for the goods is made to a company which manages a sales system. This invention is applicable to a personal digital assistant such as the cellphone and a PDA.
